To ensure a smooth and successful application process for the Armscor Bursary 2024, please carefully follow these important notes and instructions:
- Complete the Form in Print and in Full:
- Fill out all sections of the application form in clear, legible print.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to avoid any processing delays.
- Mark “X” Where Applicable:
- Use the “X” mark to indicate your choices or responses throughout the application form.
- Attach a Cover Letter:
- Include a cover letter stating your field of interest and motivation for pursuing studies in your chosen field. This is an opportunity to express your passion and dedication.
- Include Latest Grade 12 Results and Academic Transcript:
- Attach clear copies of your most recent Grade 12 results (if currently in Matric) and your academic transcript to date if you are already a tertiary student.
- Provide Proof of Registration:
- Include proof of registration at a recognized South African tertiary institute. This can be obtained from the institution’s official letterhead.
- Attach Certified Copy of South African ID:
- Include a certified copy of your South African ID as proof of citizenship.
- Include Certified Copies of Parent(s) or Guardian’s South African ID’s:
- Provide certified copies of the South African ID documents of your parent(s) or guardian(s).
- Submit Proof of Parent(s) or Guardian(s) Income:
- Attach proof of parent(s) or guardian(s) income. This can be in the form of salary advice or an affidavit if they are unemployed.
- Attach Death Certificate if Parent(s) are Deceased:
- If your parent(s) are deceased, include a certified copy of the death certificate.
